Our site is equipped with great tools to keep personal data, security info and payment information safe, but we also ask you to take precaution and use trusted Payment methods and to never trust a site that looks like, but is not this site. Jasper Forest Photo does not sell photography anywhere else currently online, be aware of any frauds or scams attempting to replicate/duplicate or resell Jasper Forest Photography's products or services. If any malicious or copies are found, please report the incident via Contact Us.
Please practice online safety when ordering and be sure that you are able to receive packages at your desired address.
While we do collect data such as Name, Address, Email, Phone Number etc., we also only use this information to complete and fulfill Orders or Requests of Service.
Our Privacy Policy suggests that we also make you aware that our Website is hosted through Wix.com, a Website/eCommerce hosting platform.

CUSTOMER CARE
We aim to provide all customers the best experience possible. Whether it is with our Digital Downloads, Photo Session services, Prints or merchandise, Jasper Forest Photo explores all possibilities to grow, and pride ourselves with a quality experience.

When orders/bookings are made, we notify the customer of their order/booking through e-mail Confirmation. On this site a variety of processes for our services and merchandise are used. Prints ship out at different times than other soft goods (i.e, t-shirts, hoodies).
In attempt to sync up shipments of items so they arrive at the same time, package tracking information is given and monitored. However there is no guarantee of multiple orders arriving simultaneously. During confirmation of order/booking, your payment is processed and the item(s) readied for shipping. Upon successful of processing of order/booking, your order/booking will be updated through e-mail notifications. Once the order/booking has been shipped/confirmed, we will update you with tracking information/Google Calendar event Confirmation.
Below are our policies for Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Booking/Sessions
- If the result of a session is unsatisfactory, or does not meet desired results, a 50% refund will be offered to unsatisfied customers. If a rescheduled session is desired to reach their expectations a rescheduled session will be offered.
- All sessions are based off of time of start to end, 50+ miles of travel requires extra compensation. Contact me for more information if requesting to travel long-distance.
(50 Miles+)
- Rescheduling last minute is the only non-refundable action with-in our services. In order to reschedule, please send notice with-in 48 hours of your session to cancel/reschedule. Cancellations with at least 48 hour notice will be refunded in full, (or) the 25% deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session upon request. The 25% deposit will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 48 Hours notice.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Under the right circumstances, occasional buyers of stock photos will be entertained.
If a buyer of stock photos is curious to look through a general selection of photos available, a viewing will be scheduled after consultation.
Retailers also may be interested in knowing that I offer services of Product Photos and general Marketing Photo's for any business.

Digital Downloads
Terms of Usage
Upon purchase of any digital downloads, you are agreeing to not resell, rebrand or repurpose any image for redistribution. These images are protected by copyright and count as intellectual property of Jasper Forest Photo and it's sole proprietor Jasper Forrest Kearsley. When purchasing digital download(s), you are given the rights of usage for the purchased image(s) for personal use.
Examples of personal use:
- Desktop wallpapers on personal devices (files are not to be shared with others)
- Screen saver on personal device
Examples of non-personal use:
- Printing for free or profit
- Redistributing for free or profit
- Branding/Website or other Commercial material
- Claiming you took the photo social media/sending file to friends
- Rebranding resale, Printing on Retail items or any items that are to be sold
