SHIPPING POLICY

Once an item has been ordered, updates begin with Payment Processing. Shipping information is updated once Payment has successfully processed. All Shipments are streamlined and expedited with care and attention to protecting your packages contents. Currently Jasper Forest Photo uses 3rd-Party fulfillment on a number of available products and thus is out of direct supervision of Jasper Forest Photography. In the event of a lost or damaged package/product we make the promise to address each individual incident with care to our best ability. Please do understand we do our best to process and ship with-in a week of Order Placement, however can not guarantee shipment under 5 days currently due to supply chain constraints. Please allow 7-9 Business after shipment confirmation for package to arrive, and we thank you for your patience and support.

Items such as T-Shirts and other soft goods are shipped and processed through Printful.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Worn, Torn, or Damaged items can not always returned. If damaged in Shipping, we may have some exceptions, but not all situations will be open. Jasper Forest Photo takes pride in quality products. All items are sent in packaging to assure safe delivery to our customers and clientele. Our soft goods are processed and shipped by Printful.com.

Any issues with soft good items can be reported via Contact Us.

    

For shipping Photos (prints), delicate protective shipment measures are taken to ensure the safety of the package during delivery, and are handled with care. All Photo (print) orders are fulfilled by hand and any special requests can be made and Bulk orders can be arranged.
