Service Description

This 1 hour session will include: - 25 Edited images (with ability to purchase more from set separately) - Virtual back-up for 1 Year - One 5"x7" Print. The Final Edits will be delivered via Physical Backup & Client will have 24/7 access to Online Backups for 1 Calendar year after the session. Only Watermarked versions are allowed to be posted in Publications. Un-watermarked versions are allowed for personal use in non-commercial or non-promotional uses. (i.e. Desktop Wallpapers, Personal Prints, archival purposes, etc.) No Un-watermarked copies or versions should be sold, reprinted or altered for personal profit or benefit. *Paying for Free-Use access to the images is an option, with the conditions that the image is not resold/reproduced with-out prior agreements to royalties, credit or free use-copy right. Un-watermarked images can be used for Marketing or Promotional material, including Album Artwork, but are limited to these forms of Reproduction only. Alterations/second edits, reproductions/reprints or claims to ownership of the Copyright protected material without prior agreement will be in violation of Copyright laws. Clients are bound by individual case contracts that are signed and acknowledged by both parties in any transaction. Any third party involvement will have to agree to the already signed contract, or can offer to revise a contract with additional fees allowing for Free-Use permit. Prices Vary on Quantity of images desired. Images will either be sent via Google Drive, or a USB drive in the mail per request.
