  • How do photoshoots work?
    Photoshoots are catered to the needs of the client. When a reservation is made, we begin a conversation with the client around the date, setting, theme, and over-all goals and desires of the Photoshoot. Based on the duration of the session, the goal is to capture a general number of photos to choose from, which then will be processed and sent to the client.   • Where is my package/order?
    Shipped items are updated with tracking information. If you used an email in your purchase, check that email account for updates on your order.
  • Can I return an item?
    There are situations where items can be returned, but we aim to satisfy every individual customer. If you find that your item(s) are unsatisfactory, we will begin a conversation with the goal to satisfy your experience with Jasper Forest Photo.
  • I didn't like my Photoshoot, can I get a Refund?"
    We have more information about Refunds on the "Shipping & Returns" and "Company Policy" page(s). In short, yes. However, Jasper Forest Photo's mission is to create a satisfactory experience and if instead of a refund, you would like to schedule a re-shoot, a conversation will be held between Jasper Forest Photo and that individual.
